Referring Doctors
Smiling girl at the dental chairWe would like to thank you for the support you offer when you refer one of your patients to us. In order to ensure a smooth transition we would like to recommend you take the following steps.
•  Provide us with thourough, detailed information and current x-rays of the patient you are referring.
•  Inform your patients that they will need to schedule 2 appointments with our office, first for an examination and a second for the treatment.
•  Schedule the appointment with our office while your patient is in the office with you.
•  Please feel free to call or email with treatment discussion before your patient's appointment with us. The more we discuss the patient's unique situation the smoother the transition will be.
