The All-On-4® Treatment Concept was developed to provide edentulous patients (patients with no teeth) with an efficient and effective restoration using only four implants to support an immediately loaded full-arch prosthesis.

Stability Even in Minimum Bone Volume

By tilting the two implants in the back, longer implants can be used in patients who have lost quite a bit of bone in their jaw, increasing bone-to-implant contact and reducing the need for bone grafting. The tilted posterior (back) implants can be anchored in better quality bone, reducing any rocking that may occur and thus improving support of the implant-supported denture.

The All-On-4® Treatment Concept can be planned and performed using NobelGuide to ensure accurate diagnostics, planning and implant placement. The NobelGuide Software allows Dr. Mark C.
